These terms apply to the Manuscript Ready add-on for Google Docs™, published by Dropzball. By installing or using it, you accept them.
Manuscript Ready counts words by chapter, formats a manuscript to standard submission format, and (in the Pro version) creates agent samples. The free version includes one agent sample. Manuscript Ready Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited agent samples and future Pro features for the Google account or purchase email used to buy it.
You keep all rights to your writing. The add-on only edits the document you open it in, and creates new documents in your own Google Drive when you ask it to. Formatting changes your document: work on a copy (File → Make a copy) and use Google Docs version history if you want to go back.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for the purchase, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT and issues your invoice. Prices are shown before purchase; taxes are added at checkout where they apply. If Manuscript Ready Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
Do not try to bypass the licence check, resell access, or use the add-on to break the law or Google's terms.
Manuscript Ready is provided "as is". Agents' and publishers' requirements vary: always check their submission guidelines. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
We may update the add-on and these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page.
